The Egyptian Linear Alkyl Benzene Co. (ELAB) is one of the Egyptian petroleum sector companies. It was established in 23 November 2003 according to the investment law No.8 of 1997, to produce Linear Alkyl Benzene licensed by UOP Technology.
Linear Alkyl Benzene (LAB) is considered one of the most important raw materials used in laundry detergents, light duty dishwashing liquids, and industrial cleaners.
